Kerala is situated on the southwestern coast of India, a country in South Asia. This tropical paradise enjoys a unique topography with Arabian sea, a part of the Indian Ocean on the west and the Western Ghats on the east.
Bestowed with a pleasant and equable climate throughout the year, Kerala is a tropical land with the coast running down its entire length and the Western Ghats forming a protective barrier against the dry winds from up north. The monsoons (June-September & October-November) and summer (February-May) are the seasons markedly experienced here, while winter is only a slight drop in temperature from the normal range of 28-32°C.
We welcome all level aspirants including beginners. But kindly note that our TTC is an intensive yoga course that extends over 4-weeks, it is important that you make sure that it is not too much for your body. Our course might seem to be challenging for few beginners because it deals with advanced levels of knowledge as well as practice. However, we shall provide personal assistance to each and every trainee whenever they need more explanation and support. We pay special attention to each and every student individually. Keeping this we are taking only four students in a batch.

Vaccination is completely a personal choice. We don’t emphasis our personal views on it. Coming to malaria, though malaria is prevalent in most of the parts of India, it is not the case with Trivandrum, Kerala. However, there are abundant repellents available locally. If you choose to take the vaccination as a matter of precaution then you should have it done well before your journey to avoid unpleasant experiences like nausea during the journey.
